WHAT IS THE AOL SHOP?

The AOL Store offers the most sought after, in-demand and useful products for you, your family your friends, your clients, those difficult people on your holiday shopping list and practically anyone else you can imagine. We choose products based on quality, brand, environmental impact and, of course, our completely scientific Hipness Factor™. These items are not only rare, they’re coveted by folks that don’t have the kind of access to our private stock that you do. So go on. Fly your AOL flag. You may turn a few heads.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDERS TO ARRIVE?

The AOL Shop maintains an inventory of the most popular products and has made select custom products available for expedited delivery. In most cases, available products will ship within 72 hours of the order date. Generally orders will arrive within 5-10 business days depending on your location. You will receive shipping confirmation with tracking numbers via email for all orders.

WHY ARE THERE MINIMUM ORDERS ON SOME OF THE PRODUCTS?

We have chosen to stock a variety of AOL branded products that can be ordered in any quantity in a short time frame. For all other brands, the orders are custom and have a minimum quantity tied to them. We have done our best to select items that have a low minimum order and short lead times.

 

I DON’T SEE WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR, CAN I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?

YES! If you don’t see what you are looking for or have a great idea for a product, click here to complete a custom order form. A representative will be in touch within 24 hours of receiving your form.

 

WILL YOU ADD MORE ITEMS TO THE SHOP?

YES! It is our goal to keep the items in the store updated, relevant and seasonal. If you wish to see something added to the store, please email aol@socialimprints.com. Once we see enough demand for an item, we’ll work to add it to the store.

 

HOW ARE MY PRODUCTS SHIPPED?

Products will be shipped via the United States Postal Service and FedEx for deliveries within the United States and abroad. For international shipping, we are unable to provide any customs clearance estimates, however in most cases shipments may spend anywhere from one to three days in customs.

 

WHAT METHOD OF PAYMENT IS ACCEPTED IN THE AOL SHOP?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

 

WHAT CURRENCY IS ACCEPTED IN THE AOL SHOP?

The AOL Shop accepts US Dollars and all major credit cards are accepted.

 

 WHO IS SOCIAL IMPRINTS?

Social Imprints is a third-party printing and fulfillment company. They manage the fulfillment and shipping of all orders from several employee stores around the country. You can learn more about them on their website.

 

WHERE DO THE PRODUCTS COME FROM?

Our fulfillment and production partner, Social Imprints, is a San Francisco based employee-owned cooperative with a social mission to provide professional jobs to at-risk adults in the San Francisco Bay Area.

 

WHO PROFITS FROM THIS SHOP?

The items in this store are sold just above cost with minimal profit made by Social Imprints. AOL does not make a profit from the items sold on the store.

 

RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 120 days from the purchase date. A returned or exchanged product must be in the condition you received it.
